Surveys and collecting data

Today we learned how to create web based forms such as a survey. When creating the survey there are 6 types of questions we can use. These 6 different types are text, paragragh text, mutiple choice, checkboxes, choose from a list, and scale. We also had a few of the students in our class take our survey and we learned how to view the results in the spreadsheet and the summary of the results showing bar charts, graphs etc. You can take the survey that I created by clicking here SURVEY  Here is a link to google docs forms to try it yourself.
