1. This council is having a meeting in Dever on October 7-8 2010 to enchace teachers professional skills, knowledge, and career.
2. There will also be a conference in Baltimore on October 14-15, 2010 to provide two days of quality professional development.
This activity applies to teaching standard
3d. model and facilitate effective use of current and emerging digital tools to locate, analyze, evaluate, and use information resources to support research and learning.
I can use what I did today in my future to find when and where the next conferences to gather information in my teaching field. By going to these conferences I will better my teaching skills and learn new ways to teach my students.
Today we used our Diigo library to make a bookmark to a council in our teaching field which we found the next place and time this council is having a conference.
